Jason Chaffer
Jason advises leaders in business and government. He is known for his quiet discretion and his extensive knowledge of the demands of leadership, the art of elegant succession and the planning of successful careers.
Before building Manchester Square Partners in 2009, Jason spent 20 years in executive search, primarily with Spencer Stuart. He sat on the Board of Directors, served on the Worldwide Management team, led the Global Financial Services practice and was the UK Managing Partner.
Jason served in a variety of roles with the Rank Foundation for 20 years concluding with Deputy Chair, a Fundraising Patron for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity and a Trustee of a local charity, Ufton Court. He lives in West Berkshire with his family.
