He has a rare depth of knowledge in helping leaders develop their careers, maximize potential and navigate challenges ahead.
With twenty-seven years' experience as a Senior Partner at Spencer Stuart, Jonathan has guided over 80 CEO successions. He is a known author on the subject, having worked with many Boards on their most critical missions.
Jonathan is a qualified coach with Meyler Campbell and a member of the Royal Academy of Arts Advisory Board. A former international sportsman, when not working he is likely to be road cycling and spending time with his family on their farm in South Devon.
